Not every party fits a package. Pick the roast, the salads and the extras you want, and we will price it for your guest numbers.
Four choices and your menu is done
A package needs a minimum of 25 guests. If you order only a whole pig, the minimum is 30.
How it works
Pick the roast
Whole pig, whole lamb, smokey beef brisket, rolled pork roast, pulled pork or a pair of lamb legs.
Add salads
Choose from sixteen salads made fresh, from Caesar to Moroccan cauliflower.
Add potatoes and canapes
Rosemary or lemon potatoes, tartlets by the dozen and our arancini balls.

Step one
Choose your roast
Our pigs are stuffed with garlic, herbs and seasonings and slow roasted on the spit until the pork is tender and the crackling golden. Every whole pig and whole lamb comes with complimentary dinner rolls.

Canapes and starters
Tartlets are $48 per dozen, with a minimum order of 3 dozen per tartlet. Arancini balls with garlic aioli are $42 per dozen, minimum 3 dozen.

Potatoes are priced per platter, and each platter serves about 20 guests.
